About me
Hey babes, I'm Brittany! a documentary-meets-editorial wedding, boudoir, and portrait photographer based in Austin, Texas and relocating to Frederick, Maryland in the Summer of 2027.​

After years of calling Austin home, I'm so excited to bring my camera, my love of storytelling, and my slightly adventurous spirit to the DMV. I'll be serving couples and creatives throughout Frederick, Maryland, Washington DC, Northern Virginia, Baltimore, and the surrounding DMV, while continuing to travel wherever your story takes me.

As a destination wedding photographer, I've had the joy of capturing love stories everywhere from New York State and the sun-soaked beaches of Mexico to the rolling green hills of Ireland. I absolutely love traveling, but there's something special about becoming part of the community where you live and creating meaningful work close to home.

My photography is a blend of documentary and editorial imagery. I'm there to capture the real stuff: the laughter, happy tears, wild dance moves, quiet in-between moments, and all the little details that make your story yours, while also gently guiding you through beautiful, intentional portraits that feel like you.

When I'm not behind the camera, you'll probably find me exploring a new town, finding somewhere good to eat, planning my next adventure, or hanging out with my pup, Copper.

I believe everyone deserves to feel beautiful, confident, and completely themselves in front of the camera. I'm inspired by nature, movement, diverse bodies, dance, unique love stories, and all the wonderfully weird things that make people who they are.

Love Letters
Brittany Berrish traveled to New York to be the photographer for our wedding, and I couldn’t have picked a better photographer. She had incredible communication, asked the right questions, stayed organized, as well as went with the flow when the timing of some wedding day activities changed.
